Shipping and shipping time
We will ship your order from one of our warehouses within 2-10 business days after receiving your payment. Depending on your location, it may take up to 10 days after shipping for the shipment to reach you. We use DHL or ARAMEX.
Note: Please verify that you have provided the correct shipping address on your order before making payment, as we are unable to change the shipping address in the system once your payment has been processed.
What happens when I'm not home for delivery?
Someone has to sign for the delivery, but it doesn't always have to be you. Sometimes the delivery company will ask your neighbor to sign for the package(s) and leave it there.
If not, they will leave a card with information on where your package(s) is and what you should do next.
Usually if you are not there on the second or third delivery attempt they store it in their warehouse.
This gives you a few days to collect it before it is returned to us.
How can I track my order?
When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will also find your personal tracking number in that same email. When you click on that tracking number, you will be redirected to the tracking website.
My package is not trackable. What can I do?
